HEAT EXCHANGERS & TUBE BUNDLES



We at Aero Design & manufacturing the Heat Exchangers as per International Codes & standards e.g. ASME, BS, IS, TEMA etc. sizing of the Heat Exchangers are being carried out on HTRI followed by mechanical design on Compress Codeware / PVElite. Also Carried out the design and analysis for external nozzle load as per WRC and FEA analysis. The equipment is also design for wind & seismic load as per different codes & Standards. Heat Exchanger is also check for vibration analysis, & Thermal expansion. Heat Exchangers are manufactured for C.S. S.S, Alloy Steel, Duplex, Non-Ferrous, LTCS, LAS & other materials as requested by Client / Process Parameter under all most all Third Party Inspection Agencies.

The Heat Exchanger are Designed as per ASME Sect. VIII, TEMA-R & IBR with Nozzle Loading as per WRC-107 & 297 as well as Wind Seismic Load analysis as per IS1983 & IS 817 and was well supplied to IOCL- Panipat for their Naphtha Cracker Project. The EPCC contractor was Toyo Engg. Corporation and stage wise inspection was carried out by M/s TUV/ EIL & IBR and type of Heat Exchanger is "AEL".

A Heavy Exchanger weighing more then 15 MT having 1120 nos. of 1" dia tube and tube sheet thickness of 100mm, manufactured for Reliance Industries Ltd., for their Hazira Project for which design was checked by M/s Badger BV (Netherlands) and Inspected by M/s Bax Counsel. The inset picture shows pneumatic leak test for tube to tube sheet joint (under progress) of the above mentioned Heat Exchanger. Aero has also supplied Heat Exchangers having special design of Sandwich tube sheet for hazardous services to M/s Reliance Industries Ltd., Hazira.



Stack Unit fix Tube sheet type Heat Exchanger manufactured for M/s GAIL Auraiya (LLDPE Plant) under the Inspection of M/s Engineers India Ltd. Aero has also manufactured and supplied Heat Exchangers for Low Temperature services, having Tube Sheet with Weld Overlays and cladding material



These Heat Exchangers are among the 11Nos of Heat exchangers with expansion bellow, supplied to IOCL-Panipat for their Naphtha Cracker Project and inspection was carried out by M/s TUV/ EIL & IBR. As per ASME Sec VIII/ IBR/ TEMA with Nozzle Loading as per WRC-107 & 297, wind and Seismic analysis as per IS 1983 and IS 817. Expansion points was designed as per ASME & TEMA

Floating Head type Stack unit Heat Exchanger manufactured for M/s Reliance Industries Ltd. for their Hazira Project. This equipment is Manufactured as per ASME Sect VIII & TEMA 'R' for which Design was checked by M/s Badger B. V. (Netherlands) & Stage wise Inspected by M/s Bax Counsel.



Floating Head type Heat Exchanger manufactured for ONGC Limited, Rajahmundry, supplied through Clough Engg. Ltd. Australia, as per ASME & TEMA-R code, under Clough / DNV/ Intertek Inspection, having 852 No. of Tubes of 25.4mm OD x 14BWG x 6096mm Long, with Nozzle Loading Check as per WRC 107



11 Nos Heat Exchanger manufactured for Gail India Limited, Pata, Dist. Auraiya, as per ASME & TEMA-R code, under EIL Inspection, as a single order, having order value of Rs.71.79 lacs with1021 No. of Tubes of 25mm OD x 2.6 Thk. x 6000mm Long in one of the Larger Heat Exchanger



Frame Oil Cooler & Water Cooler (Stack Unit) supplied to Dresser Rand India Pvt. Limited, Ahmedabad for Petrotrin/ Fluor project, as per ASME & TEMA-R, having Tube Sheet material of SB171 C46400 & Tube of SB111 C44300 Admiralty Brass, Designed with Seismic & wind load along with Nozzle Loading Check as per WRC 107
