Mechanical design as per ASME & TEMA Latest Code.

Tube Lay out.

Nozzle Loading check as per WRC-107 & 297 etc.

FEA Analysis.

Wind load & Seismic load Analysis by IS, NBC, UBC, IBC or ASCE latest code.

Bending Roller for Shell Rolling, capacity 2500 mm Dia x 25 mm Thk. Plate in C.S. & 20 mm in S.S.

HMT Radial Drill Machine for Tube sheet drilling, having capacity of 65 mm hole dia x 250 mm Thk

Tube Expanders from 3/8" Dia to 1.1/2" dia.

Hydraulic test up to 1000 kg/cm2g Plasma cutting for S.S. up to 50 mm.

Pneumatic test up to 35 kg/cm2g.

DP TEST.MPT Radiography & Ultrasonic Testing.

TIG Welding.
